Between September 2007 and December 2010 the Development Fund has analysed more than 250 business projects.

Fund have invested in 11 projects: Smartpost OÜ, Ilmarine Engineering OÜ, Goliath Wind OÜ, Massi Miliano OÜ, United Dogs and Cats OÜ, BioTap OÜ, Cellin Technologies, Modesat Communications OÜ Now! Innovations and GrabCAD, Inner Circle (Posterbee), Sportlyzer.
In the active stage of negotiations are severeal other projects.

Investment: NOW! Innovations OÜ

Development Fund's investment: in two stages, totalling €0,75 million. NOW! Innovations specializes on solutions for issuing mobile permits and tickets. NOW! is among the five leading providers of mobile parking solutions in Europe and USA.

Investment: Modesat Communications OÜ

Development Fund's investment: in three stages, totalling €0,75 million. Modesat Communications is a developer of new modem technologies for wireless and wired communication systems.

Investment: Cellin Technologies

Development Fund's investment: totalling €0,35 million. Cellin Technologies has developed a technology for accelerated growth of stem cells from human tissue or bone marrow.

Investment: BiotaP OÜ 

Development Fund's investment: in four stages, totalling €0,84 million.
BiotaP OÜ is developing metagenomic information based test systems for analysis of microbioms targeting evaluation of different environments including soil, water and air, and assessment of different human influences on environments.

Investment: United Dogs and Cats OÜ

Development Fund's investment: €0,189 million in three stages; the last payout was not made. The developer of the www.uniteddogs.com and www. unitedcats.com social networks for pet owners, was unable to carry out the business model as planned. A new investor was found for the company and they will take the development and management of the environments under their control.

Investment: Massi Miliano OÜ (brandmark Fits.me) 

Development Fund's investment: in two stages, €0,31 million
Massi Miliano OÜ develops a novel solution based on a robot for online shopping. The base technology which enables the solution is a computer controlled shape-changing robotic mannequin.

Investment: Goliath Wind OÜ

Development Fund's investment: in two stages, totalling €0,25 million
Goliath Wind OÜ develops a new type of cheaper and more efficient wind turbines, with the possibility to decrease the price of wind energy by around 20%.

Investment: Ilmarine Engineering OÜ 

Development Fund's investment: in two stages, totalling €0,65 million
The investment is intended for the development of the technical product development unit of Ilmarine Engineering OÜ (for recruiting engineers, purchasing design software, licences and certificates, covering product development and international marketing costs, etc).

Development Fund's investment: in two stages, totalling €0,85 million.
The investment is intended to expedite the arrival in international markets of self-servicing parcel terminal technology developed by Smartpost.

Investment: GrabCAD OÜ

Development Fund's investment: in two stages, totalling €0,127 million
CrabCAD develops internet environment for CAD-engineers, designers and manufacturers to find and trade 3D  engineering degines. GrabCAD grew from the Development Fund’s international business incubator SeedBooster.

Investment: Inner Circle OÜ (PosterBee)

Development Fund's investment: in two stages, totalling €0,088 million
Inner Circle, the company behind Posterbee, was founded in the spring of 2010. In August same year it announced raising seed funding from Estonian Development Fund and several angel investors in the region. In September it launched its group communications service, in December it pivoted to manage ambient information in teams.

Sportlyzer develops a web environment for the international market, which will lead amateur sportsmen to training and motivation software. Sportlyzer grew from the Development Fund’s international business incubator SeedBooster.

SelfDiagnostics is developing home kits to test common diseases.

Realeyes collects eye movement data to provide practical insights into the mind of the consumer.

Development Fund's investment: €17 000
my!WInd is developing wind generators for small- consumers of electricity. First my!Wind generator is with nominalpower of 5kW, next models will be available with 2kW and 10kW.
