Heidi leads the Investment Division by preparing the investments and developing the whole market. After a 14 year career in management and finance fields, she joined the Development Fund in December 2008.

Indrek focuses on finding suitable innovative companies for investment  for the Development Fund, analysing and managing portfolio companies. Indrek has worked at the Development Fund since September 2007.

Andrus is engaged with the every day analysis of Estonian start-up companies and the development and preparation of investors. His special interest lies in the medical and health care areas. Andrus has worked at the Development Fund since January 2009.

Stanislav is involved with financial and technology analysis and evaluation of investment prospects, preparation of investment decisions and management of portfolio companies to ensure designed execution and growth. Stanislav joined the Development Fund in Fall of the 2010.

Kitty is responsible for developing the Development Fund's foresight activities. She has lead the team of experts at foresight division since January 2008.

Information society expert

Kristjan leads the Development Fund's information and communication technology related foresight work, including the project "EST_IT@2018". An expert in good foresight methods, he is also involved in spreading foresight related knowledge in Estonia. Kristjan has worked in Development Fund since September 2007.

Economy expert
As a "big picture" person, Siim works in Development Fund on scanning and analysis of global economic and business trends. His additional work-area revolves around the future of Estonian manufacturing industries. He led the relevant "Industry Engines 2018" foresight project. Siim joined the Fund in February 2008.

Siim is exploring developments in India and how Estonia can connect to them. He is with the Estonian Development Fund since June 2011, as part of the Indian foresight project.

Economy expert

Heido deals with monitoring of global macroeconomic trends and translating them into Estonian context. His job includes publishing and sharing the resulting thoughts and suggestions through media and the Fund's website. Heido started working in Development Fund in July 2007.

Imre is responsible services sector related foresight work in the division. That includes the "Service Economy 2018" which covers topics from the creative industry to Estonian health care services exports. Imre joined the foresight team in February 2009.

Lauri's goal is to build up think-tank of energy and green economy in the Estonian Development Fund and to create energy and green economy vision for Estonia.

Aivi is the heart of the Development Fund. Her tasks include everything connected to administration, documentation and HR. Aivi is the person who firmly organises our everyday life - since 2007.
