PRESS CONFERENCE: Introduction of the World Economic Forum's Global Competitiveness Report.

The World Economic Forum (WEF) releases the yearly Global Competiteveness Report. At 10 AM Development Fund gives a press conference introducing the results, the movements in the competiteveness tables and on tis background the situation of Estonian economy. Pressconference will be given by the head of Development Fund's division of foresight Kitty Kubo and the economy analyst Heido VItsur.

In the WEF Global Competiteveness Report covers almost whole world and 98% of worlds GDP is being dealt with. The report has been presented for 30 years and the metholodgy used was created and is constantly amended by the world's leading economy analysts and scientists. Hence the reoprt is considered to be one of the most  prominent. Current report uses data collected from enterprises in the spring of 2010 and presents thus the economy situation after the economy crisis. estonian Development Fund is the official partner of WEF in Estonia, supports the collecting of data from Estonian eterprises and orginises the presentation of the results.
